• Sign in using Google (admin users only)

Our website administration area uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When an authorized admin signs in with Google, we receive:

• Your name and email address (from your Google account)
• Your Google account profile photo (optional)

We use this information solely to verify your identity as an authorized administrator. We do not share, sell, or use your Google account data for any other purpose. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use the information we collect to:

• Coordinate volunteer activities and respond to inquiries
• Authenticate authorized website administrators
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website (such as hosting and email services), provided they agree to keep this information confidential and use it only on our behalf.

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to keep administrators logged in. These cookies are not used for tracking or advertising and are deleted when you log out.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Volunteer inquiry data is retained for up to two years. Admin session data is deleted upon logout or after 30 days of inactivity.
