Our Friday Music with Mike event at The Meadows yesterday was an incredible experience! The residents and staff are among the most lively groups we visit, and they love singing along. These residents aren’t shy about joining in — they really give it their all! Kudos to Activity Director Lynn for a fantastic performance of Martina McBride’s “My Baby Loves Me,” and to Lisa for hosting a wonderful Happy Hour. We were also fortunate that her new daughter-in-law stopped by and shared her beautiful voice singing Elvis’s “I Can’t Help Falling in Love.” An added bonus was seeing Husker fan spirit on display! Even a visiting pup had a great time!!
